no worries

A little worry is natural and normal BUT not when you worry 24/7. That implies that you have what's called Generalized Anxiety Disorder or GAD. It can leave you feeling physically exhausted and emotionally drained, and also frustrate loved ones who must listen to you verbalize all that anxiety.

Worry is a time-robber, moreso it could monopolize you. Get rid of that constant worrying!!!!

A little bit of exercise would help!!It produces endorphins a.k.a the natural pain killers!!!
Anyways, watched the 80th Oscars Grammy Awards last night. Looks like being pregnant is a trend in the Hollywood scene. The mothers-to-be look awesomely beautiful!!
