Email from UQ Handball club.... anyone else interested?

G'day and Thankyou for expressing interest in wanting to play handball with the UQ Handball Club.

My name is Mary Kelly, most of you if not all would have met me at the Handball Stall during Market day on Wednesday.

This email is to inform you that our Club Trainings will commence next:

WHEN: Saturday 1st March (NOT this weekend)

WHERE: in the Indoor Sports Pavillon from 2-4pm.

COST: This will be a free come and try training session, for you to come and see what European Handball is all about. I will explain the costs for the season at this training session.

WHO CAN COME: Yourself and some friends

What to Bring: a pair of indoor/running shoes to run around in, a water bottle and a willingness to learn and have fun. :-)

For those who want to socialise and get to know other members, a few of us will be going to a local pub after training. There are shower facilities at the UQ Sports Centre you can use if you want to bring a spare set of clothes for after training.

I miss my family heaps. I really miss home.Thanks Ren for showing Basyirah's videoclip. Nangis kuat, ketawa pun kuat Basyirah atu. hehe. oh well.. Kakasiti, kiss Basyirah for me.. I'll see her and everyone else InsyAllah in 4-5 months. Can't wait to see everyone back home.You guys are the best!Thank you for the support and thank you for always being there. Thank you Bapa. Thank you for believing in me. You guys are my everything.I love you all.

I wonder how our pet cat, Yami a.k.a Yummy boy is doing? mikin tua sudah. Rah, take good care of our cat. Remember the time bapa first found him di kilang.. kesian ah.. he was afraid to face light and people.. Yeah, Yami is special. he speaks! well inda pulang literally... haha people at home would understand.

Btw, people.. ticket to Goldcoast is $155 pakai AirAsia.. one way inclusive of surcharges and etc. But you have to book now! hehe visit meeee!!! hehe

no worries

A little worry is natural and normal BUT not when you worry 24/7. That implies that you have what's called Generalized Anxiety Disorder or GAD. It can leave you feeling physically exhausted and emotionally drained, and also frustrate loved ones who must listen to you verbalize all that anxiety.

Worry is a time-robber, moreso it could monopolize you. Get rid of that constant worrying!!!!

A little bit of exercise would help!!It produces endorphins a.k.a the natural pain killers!!!

Anyways, watched the 80th Oscars Grammy Awards last night. Looks like being pregnant is a trend in the Hollywood scene. The mothers-to-be look awesomely beautiful!!

What an exciting day it was today. Went to Goldcoast with Pablo, Ralph and N.. browsed around surfers paradise and the beautiful beaches there..alsoooooo, we had the chance to take a glimpse of the Palazzo Versace, the Versace hotel in Brisbane. Thanks Pablo for taking us there. :)

Bah ngalih ku. hehe Good Night everyone. Gotta wake up at 6a.m. tomorrow. Gonna "jog" with Ralph and N. *cough-cough*. mudahan saja terbangun. hehe.

Waheyyyy. yesterday was a long day. Ran some errands in the morning, went to DFO in the afternoon and blah blah. After shopping, terasa jua lapar.. so we decided to dine in at Makanan Indonesia, West End. Highly recommended to those who are looking for great Halal food in Brisbane. Kami nyanyat makan sana. The Kalasan chicken is ggrreaattt with a capital G!!! "Es Jeruk" and "Es Chendol" jugak ada ya bu'....

Berlari bersama BAM-BAM kura-kura hijau. Inda payah laju, slow and steady wins the race yo!! haha. at least ada jua motivation to exercise, after a very long time!!! haha.. Yes Zer, I won't procrastinate no more. haha. And oh yah fellow turtles!everyone who enters will receive a free race t-shirt! how's that?!..sukkaaaa barang freee atuu.. hahahaha

Life is

I don't know somehow ronaLYNho and I just came up with a reflective, deep conversation about our comprehension about life and $%^&*&%. It is not like the usual chats we normally have. We understand that Perjalanan hidup manusia sudah termaktub and that Life is exclusively written and sealed for each and every one of us. Life really is beyond our knowledge. Baik and buruk mesti terima. These things are hard to predict and we don't know what the future holds for us. The more challenges you go through, the more meaningful your victory and happiness is. Plus, the more you'll learn how to solve and handle things. The most important thing is usaha, restu and tawakal.

At the moment, I'm watching Michael Bubble's concert with Mamalobengs. Handsome jua Michael Buble atu ah.. suara lagi megancam!! ahah I think he looks a bit like Elvis Presly. Kalau dapat ia, sumpah tak cari lain! woaahhaha.. apeehh macam banarrr..His concert is in June, so to those who already bought the tickets, baiktah hafalkan the lyrics!!! hehe.

I am so in love with John legend!!! Another talented young lad. Cubatah orang Brunei ada macam ia.. hehe.. ada tiaaaa.. adakah? kalau ada, aku mau jumpa. hahaha. I just hope ada concert nya in Brisbane anytime soon! Please oh please Mr. Organizer of Brisbane's concerts, please do let me know if he's gonna have a concert here. I wouldn't miss it for the world!
